🌟 Please read before ordering
- Random styles: Because every mystery bag is randomly selected, not receiving a preferred style is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
- Order problems: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
- Return costs: For any approved non-defect return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Shipping details: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, changes are not guaranteed. Extra carrier or reshipping costs caused by incorrect or invalid customer-provided details may be charged to the customer, except where the error was ours or applicable law requires otherwise.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.
